It’s all about the children…

Sunny Start Learning Center understands that early childhood development is a cornerstone for our children’s success.  It is our goal to tap into and further cultivate each child’s strengths and interests to enhance their creativity through a robust educational experience.   

We provide learning experiences daily from 7:00 to 5:30. Our program fosters each child’s social, emotional, behavioral, creative and cognitive development. Age-appropriate curriculum is followed.  

Sunny Start Learning Center is licensed by the Office of Child Care, Department of Human Resources, and the Maryland Department of Education to provide care for children 2 to 10 years old. 

We are centrally located to serve the northern area of Worcester County for children 6 weeks to age 5.  In addition, Sunny Start offers full, part time, before and after care in a spacious center with a focus on each child’s uniqueness.  It is our mission to foster a creative learning experience that is developmentally appropriate.
